Mike Fildes and his staff have a wealth of experience in the Heritage sector and the need to restore roof coverings using reclaimed materials that we can source from our reclamation contacts, as well as new hand made clay products and natural slates, as required to meet the criteria for a Heritage and or Listed Building project.

We have the skills to lay Random Stone Slates and undertake complex roof details, such as covering a curved roof, forming laced and swept valley details and tiling to eyebrows.

We also undertake works to Church roofs and spires, in particular using Oak Cleft Shingles, which require a lot of care and attention to lay, but give a superb finish, especially on a Church spire
